Each year in grammar school, we received a newsprint copy of the book club current offerings. I would scour the different choices, looking for my next mystery or adventure. One year, included on my order was a Lettering book. Each page had a different style of letter, in varying sizes and that is where my passion started – an elementary classroom on a crisp fall day with paste glue and school uniforms. 

 

From that first foray into typography, I have passionately pursued a life in art and design. My name is Meghan Zodrow and I am a designer of packaging, branding, visual design, UI/UX design and production design. I received my BFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. I also have a certificate for UI/UX Design from UC Berkeley. In my position as a designer, I have been asked to provide mindful solutions for a variety of clients. As each client is unique, so should my approach to each project. I have had the honor of working on a diverse range of projects during my career thus far, from Nesquik to Hewlett Packard, from Buitoni to Plum Organics Baby Food and beyond. I am always looking for creative inspiration and forging new paths in my career.

The universe of design is alive and vast with possibilities. We each have a story, a unique world view that enriches the creative process. I believe continuing to learn and finding joy in that process is a lifelong pursuit as a creative professional.
